In the welterweight division, former boxing world champion Austin ‘No Doubt’ Trout of Las Cruces, NM made his BKFC debut stopping UFC legend Diego Sanchez of Albuquerque, NM in the fourth round. Sanchez showed a ton of heart, as he battled his way through the fight, but in the end Trout hit Sanchez with a big left and the fight was stopped at 1:44 in the fourth round. Trout says it was his speed, skill and footwork that made the difference.
Next up Trout will get the chance to fight BKFC ‘Double Champ’ Luis Palomino for the welterweight title.
