Following a win over Paige VanZant back in February, Britain Hart has her next assignment, and she’ll look to settle a grudge in her next appearance in the bare-knuckle ring.

Hart will face off with Jenny Savage at the upcoming BKFC 19 card scheduled for July 23 with a location for the event still to be announced. BKFC president Dave Feldman confirmed the news with MMA Fighting on Tuesday.

Hart vs. Savage joins the card already featuring VanZant in her return to action as she takes on fellow UFC veteran Rachael Ostovich.

“She’s gonna actually be on that card, cause, you know, set up maybe a potential rematch with Paige, but we’re going to put her on the July 23 card as well,” Feldman said about Hart. “She’s going to fight Jenny Savage.

“Jenny Savage is a girl who fought on one of our cards, she’s 1-0 with us right now. Brit’s I think 2-2 right now, so it’s going to be an intriguing matchup. With these women you never know what’s going to happen on any given night.”

Just moments after her win over VanZant at BKFC KnuckleMania back in February, Hart was confronted by Savage in the ring as she was about to give her post-fight interview.

“I thought it was literally some random, and I’m joking, but I really did… I thought it was some random-ass prostitute,” Hart said about the altercation just days after the event. “I didn’t even think it was Jenny Savage because she was wearing this tube top, her makeup was ridiculous, and she’e just spazzing out, hair flying everywhere and it took me a second to realize who it was.

“When I realized it was Jenny Savage, I was like, ‘Dude, you need to chill out.’ She’s crazy.”

Now, it appears Hart will attempt to settle the score with Savage in the BKFC ring in July.

“We do need to promote these events and to get some storylines with them and that one already has one,” Feldman said about Hart vs. Savage. “Could it lead into the rematch [with Paige VanZant]? Who knows. They’re going to be on that undercard.”

Savage is currently 1-0 in BKFC with a win over Sheena Bradenburg in her debut while Hart has gone 2-2 with the promotion including wins over VanZant and Randine Elhkholm.
