He is proud of his Native American heritage: “Native Americans are born with a warrior spirit. ‘Bushido’ is the Samurai Code of Honor. It means: The way of the Warrior. And I kind of adopted it based on my martial arts background. It has a lot to do with respecting your opponents, respecting the game, honor and loyalty. All those things that I hold close to my heart.”
