When asked by BKN post-event how he would sum up the night overall, Dada stated, “Listen, I will sum up the night astronomically huge. You know, for the fight fans, for the city of (Rock Hill) South Carolina. You know, listen, BYB Extreme, no one does it bigger or better than us. We just proved that, you know, the electricity in the building was phenomenal.”

“You know, these fights packed more, you know, explosives than a stick of TNT. The Mighty Trigon is unbelievably, you know, the best fighting surface in hand-to-hand combat sports on the globe.”

When giving his main event thoughts, Dada felt Joshua Oxendine vs Mark Irwin was competitive, but to never leave it in the hands of the judges. It didn’t seem clear to the former Bellator MMA fighter as to why they took points from Oxendine, but saw that as the deciding factor in the title bout’s outcome.

In terms of co-main event feedback, Dada 5000 felt like Jamie Driver vs Jozette Cotton should have been fight of the night. He felt that pride and accomplishment should be felt by both fighters after that contest. Each worked hard to get to the point of fighting for coveted hardware like the Police Gazette Diamond Belt as well as the BYB strap.

In regards to his own combat sports endeavors in-ring, when asked about when he’d be making his return to fight, Dada said,

“Well, you know, I’ve been focusing on coming back, you know, wanting to get the company to where it’s at now, you know. So now it’s good. It’s a good timing, you know. And I think that, you know, when you talk about being a master, you know what I’m saying of surfaces.”

“I think that I wrote the pages inside the book that I haven’t published yet, you know what I’m saying? But it’s coming. The Mighty Trigon is a one-of-one. You know? And I think that me coming back, I’m going to make it look real easy, regardless of who the opponent is, you know?”

“But I’m going to shock the world back when we go back to Miami in August. You know, I got a surprise for everybody.”
