Welsh fighter David “One More” Round puts on a spectacular performance at #BKFC37, knocking out Terry Brazier in the third round of their light heavyweight clash. A tremendous back and forth battle with both fighters having to climb off the canvas, before Round ended the fight with a powerful overhand right that left Brazier unable to continue.
In his post-fight interview with Bare Knuckle News, Round talked about redemption after previously having lost to Brazier: “I fought Terry six years ago and he beat me on points. So we have won one each. We have got to do the trilogy.”
He also revealed what Brazier had told him during the weigh-ins: “He told me I wouldn’t get out of the first. I nearly didn’t. But he didn’t make it out of the third round.”
Round also talked about the successful run at BKFC for Welsh fighters: “In the space of a year you’ve got two Welsh guys on. Lilly got the co-main event, I’ve just been the featured fighter.” His dream is to bring BKFC to Wales: “Put me and Lilly on the card, co-main and main events. Welsh fighters are just fu***** crazy, we can fight. We are hard, hard men!”
