In the lightweight division #RyanCarmichael stopped his opponent #willcairns in the 3rd round at #bkfc37. This was a big win for Carmichael as it was his debut and he was fighting a tough fighter in Cairns.
Carmichael told #bareknucklenews that he got caught with a huge shot early on that impaired his vision. But he was determined to keep going and show the fans what he was was made of, so he set up body shots, feinted and moved around a lot.
He also said ~ “Before the fight, I was definitely nervous, but when the music started and I stepped into the ring, I was focused on the task at hand.”
